- Payment Information: Subscription payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor. We never store your credit card details on our servers.
- Usage Data: General activity logs such as pages visited and features used, to help us improve the platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the XLabelSync service, including label printing, product listing, and inventory management.
- To connect and sync your accounts with the selling platforms you authorize.
- To process your subscription payments securely.
- To store product lookup results locally for faster performance and reduced costs.
- To communicate important updates, respond to support requests, and send service notifications.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in a secure, encrypted database. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard encryption. All authorization tokens are stored server-side and transmitted exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections. We use secure token-based authentication for all user sessions.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to provide certain features of the platform, including:
- Marketplace Integrations: To list and manage products on connected selling platforms as authorized by you.
- Payment Processing: To securely handle subscription payments. We do not store your card details.
- Product Data Services: To retrieve product information when you scan barcodes.
- Label Rendering: To generate print-ready label previews.
We only share the minimum data necessary with these services to deliver the features you use. We do not disclose which specific providers we use for security purposes.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone. Your data is only shared with service providers as strictly necessary to operate the features you use. We will never share your data for advertising or marketing purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Product data and cached lookups are stored indefinitely to improve service performance. If you delete your account, all personal data will be removed within 30 days. Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.

- You can disconnect any connected selling platform at any time from the Integrations page.
- You can request a copy of all your stored data by contacting support.
- You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
- You retain full ownership of all product data you enter or import into XLabelSync.

We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your login session and preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
